Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Music Library Tools website and the Music Library Tools application(s) (the "Service") operated by Music Library Tools LTD ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service depends on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to everyone who visits, uses, or otherwise accesses the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.

Definition of Lifetime

A "lifetime" licence means access to the product for as long as Music Library Tools LTD actively develops, maintains, and offers it—not for your own lifetime. We intend to support the product long-term and have no plans to discontinue it. Like any software service, the product may eventually be discontinued or support may be reduced due to technical, commercial, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not obliged to maintain the product or related support indefinitely. If the product or service is ever discontinued or ended, you will not be entitled to a refund, compensation, or other liability for that reason alone, and you accept this when purchasing a lifetime licence.

Track data accuracy

Genre, year, and other track data (including tags and cues where applicable) are supplied from MLT's database and third-party online sources. Some data may be incorrect. The Report data feature lets you see what each source returned and report corrections to MLT. We may update our data in the background so that future scans (by you or other users) show the correct information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any track data.

Refunds

If the software does not work as described or has a material defect that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds under this policy are limited to the initial purchase and do not apply to change of mind, non-use, or where the software has been used successfully. We may ask for details to verify that the issue qualifies. Any decision we make about a refund under this policy is final.

For subscription purchases outside the 14-day period, we may, at our discretion, agree to refund on a case-by-case basis. We are not obliged to do so. We do not refund purchases of features that are later discontinued, or where a refund has already been refused. All refund decisions are final.
